Pricing and Payment
- Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on the size and condition of the area to be cleaned
- Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled areas, pet stains, specialty treatments, or areas requiring extra attention
- A final price will be confirmed before service begins
- We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance
Scheduling and Cancellations
- Appointments can be scheduled by phone at (757) 771-9199 or through our website quote form
- We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Same-day service is available based on scheduling availability
- Emergency services (such as water extraction) are available 24/7
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area at no additional charge.
Liability

- We take every precaution to protect your property during the cleaning process
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or stains that cannot be removed through standard professional cleaning methods
- Our liability for any damage is limited to the cost of the service provided
- Customers are responsible for removing or securing fragile and valuable items before service

We primarily serve the Hampton Roads, Virginia area, including Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Williamsburg, and surrounding communities. We also serve select areas in northeastern North Carolina, including Moyock and Elizabeth City.
